It is good luck to say “Rabbit, Rabbit, Rabbit.”   I can’t believe I did not remember to post Rabbit, Rabbit, Rabbit last night.  Or this morning.

It was a tradition on my other blog,  I moved the tradition here in October 2008 when I shut down that blog.

I forgot in December.  I had a car accident on December 1, 2008. Oh and before I forget to say it…

Or religion is real living.  True religion is real living, the uncapitalized “real living” though not the brand Real Living.

The brokerage I work for in Columbus Ohio is Real Living HER.  I was trying to find others from Real Living office around the country who are on Twitter by searching for ‘Real Living’ and I found the quote above

The Einstein quote is  from someone who posts quotes about religion on Twitter.  It is not about the Real Living brand even if that is what jumped out at me first. Seeing it not in caps made it clearer….

I never realized how much scientist Albert Einstetin spoke about God, religion and sprituality until I tried to track down Einstein’s  “Real Living” quote. Of course I  mean Einstein’s “real living” quote.

Real Living HER was formerly known as HER Realtors, I think most people locally think of the company as HER.  HER is pronounced H.E. R. not Her….

Real Living was formed in early 2002.

Real Living HER has been around forever…  Real Living HER has offices throughout Central Ohio.  I am with the Real Living HER Worthington office.

Recently Real Living, based in Columbus Ohio sold Realty One Real Living in Cleveland to Howard Hanna.  A conversation on Twitter the morning it was announced that Real Living was selling Realty One Real Living (Cleveland Ohio offices) made me realize that people in Columbus don’t necessarily get the difference between Real Living HER and Real Living.

These Halloween safety tips too are from Real Living… why reinvent the wheel…

“Here are some trick-or-treating tips for kids, parents and homeowners to ensure a safe and happy Halloween:

Trick-or-Treaters:
-Carry a flashlight
-Stay on the sidewalk
-Obey traffic signals
-Wear shoes that fit regardless of the costume
-Wear clothing with reflective marking or tape
-Approach homes that are lit only

Parents:
-Make sure your children eat dinner before heading out
-Accompany any young children
-Let your older children know a specific time they need to be home
-Inspect all the candy your children bring home
-Throw away anything that looks open or suspicious

-Make sure your yard is clear of an possible debris or obstructions
-Make sure pets are secured when opening and closing your doors
-Place any candles or lit pumpkins away from where children will be walking
-Include some healthy trick-or-treat options like packages of fruit rolls and raisons or crackers

Columbus Trick or Treat

As  promised earlier on Columbus Best Blog Friday October 7, 2005  Worthington HER Real Living celebrated Lee Denim Day.  Contributions of $338 were collected for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

There were Lee Jeans, Levi Jeans, no name jeans and designer jeans.  There were jeans jackets and denim coats and dresses. The youngest jeans wearer was seven week old Eden Bronder who made a guest appearance in a pair of  jeans from The Gap.  The oldest jeans wearer declined to identify herself.  Generous contributions were made by agents wearing jeans and agents who could not wear jeans alike.

Contributors were fed their choice of a ’lite healthy breakfast’ or  “mimosas and doughnuts”  in a challenge.   Thanks to Scott Bentley of Real Living Mortage,  Dorothy Khorasani of Chicago Title  and Tom Holcombe manager of Worthington HER Real Living for providing the breakfast choices.
