There is one more category on the Building Cost Calculator.   This is where it got real confusing… choosing Quality Class 4 (1 is the highest, best and  4 is the lowest)

Material is  $20K higher … makes no sense.  I give up.  No one would build a 3200 square foot low quality house though would they?
