Don't want to pay the downtown Colunbus prices, there are plenty of suburbs, neighborhoods, less urban areas that are more affordable in Central Ohio. Downtown Columbus is affordable in comparison to the urban areas in cities in the other categories of this survey Columbus downtown housing is probably more affordable than a number of the cities in the affordable group because of homes stretching out into the cornfields. It’s a market… econ 101… you want to live downtown anywhere other than the most blighted cities in the US and you will pay the price.
