I wonder if this comment was supposed to be on one of the RE entries. No matter. Our inventory is pretty high in some areas. Most of Central Ohio is a buyers market, there are pockets that are doing better.

The local paper identified three markets as having "prices slide" recently but at least two of the three are at a point that prices should start going up again soon because inventories are getting low. That could change though of course.

There are suburbs / areas with 20 months supply of inventory in our Columbus Ohio market. Thanks for the comment Wayne.

It looks like you have a fairly stable market in Columbus Ohio. We do as well although our inventory seems to be building more than the inventory in Ohio.

We are in a buyers market here but most sellers still have not accepted that fact!
