Columbus Best Indian Food Store

Happy 5th Birthday to Spice World. Spice World is at 1111 Worthington Woods Boulevard, Columbus, OH 43085

The mall at the corner of Worthington Woods and Worthington Galena Road is one of the ugliest strip malls in Central Ohio IMHO.

I stopped in recently  to look at the price of rice. While I was there I checked to see if I could find my favorite dish, which I think of as green goo but “saag paneer?” came to mind. The man working at the store, said “curried spinach?” and showed me to the panak paneer. Good stuff whatever it is called.

Looking for a recipe I found a “Show Me the Curry” series on YouTube. Cumin Basmati Rice - Show Me the Curry!

I eat more rice with the prepared foods from Spice World… because it is spicier than what I would order in the restaurant (mild) and spicier than the prepared Indian food I can find at Kroger’s.
