Neighbors Happy To Hear a Strip Mall to be Built

Monday, September 19th, 2005

When Are The Neighbors Happy To Hear a Strip Mall Will Be Built?

Q.  When are people happy to hear a strip mall is being built in their neighborhood?

A.  When it replaces a strip club!

Often neighbors are disappointed when they hear “another strip mall” is coming to their area.  They often have opinions of

better or best uses for the land.

Columbus Business First reports that the burned out former ‘Club Secrets’  on Olentangy River Rd. near the  Lennox Center in Clinton Township will be developed into a strip mall. Prospective tenants include Cold Stone Creamery, Starbucks,  and a Subway Shop according to the article written by Brian Ball of Business First.
